Main Course

TAVA –  A delicious Turkish dish consisting of minced lamb, green peppers, garlic and tomatoes all layered and cooked gently in the oven for at least three hours and finished with melted cheese on top. Served with rice.
ÇÖKERTMEA kebab from the Aegean region based on an old Turkish recipe. Made from sliced filet of beef on a bed of chips and dressed with yogurt.
ANTEP USULÜ PATLICAN KEBABISpecial aubergine kebab. An eastern Turkish dish made from a sauce prepared with onion, garlic, tomatoes, green peppers and Turkish spices, all combined with roasted aubergine and served with rice.
FIRINDA TAVUK GÜVEÇA delicious casserole of chicken cooked in the oven very gently with garlic, tomatoes, mushroom, green peppers and onion. Served with rice.
KARNIYARIKAubergine fried and then stuffed with minced beef, garlic, onion, tomatoes, green peppers and spices. Cooked in the oven and served with rice.

SPECIAL AUBERGINE KEBAB – An eastern Turkish dish made from a sauce prepared with onion, garlic, tomatoes, green pepper and Turkish spices, all combined with roasted aubergine and served with rice.

CHICKEN CASSEROLE – A delicious casserole of chicken with garlic, tomato and green pepper cooked in the oven and served in a clay dish with rice.

KARNIYARIK – Aubergine fried and then stuffed with minced beef, garlic, onion, tomatoes, green pepper and spices. Cooked in the oven and served with rice.

YAĞLAMA – A layered dish of thin pieces of freshly cooked Turkish bread each covered in a minced beef sauce with garlic, onion, tomatoes, green pepper and spices served with a yoghurt and garlic sauce. This is a traditional dish from the middle of Türkiye. 

SAC KAVURMA – Small pieces of lamb cooked with garlic, tomatoes and green pepper on a round metal plate and served sizzling with rice.

MANTI – A traditional dish from Kayseri containing very small pieces of pasta stuffed with minced beef, onion and spices served in a tomato sauce with a yoghurt and garlic topping.

MEATBALL WITH SAUCE – Small beef meatballs in a tomato sauce dressed with a yoghurt and garlic sauce served with rice. 

LAMB CASSEROLE – Succulent marinated pieces of lamb cooked in a delicious

casserole with garlic, tomato and green pepper cooked in the oven and served in a clay dish with rice.

VEGETARIAN CASSEROLE – A casserole of mixed vegetables including aubergine, carrot, courgette. Potato, green beans, green pepper and tomato cooked in the oven and served in a clay dish with rice.
